Ember Path Travel offers a wide range of travel-related services including, but not limited to, curated travel itineraries, adventure tours, luxury travel planning, group bookings, corporate travel solutions, honeymoon packages, destination weddings, cruise holidays, flight and accommodation reservations, and travel insurance.
All services are subject to availability and the specific terms and conditions of third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurance providers).
2. Booking and Payment
- Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process, including names, dates, and passport details, is accurate and matches your travel documents. Ember Path Travel will not be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.
- Pricing: All prices displayed on our site are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. Taxes, fees, and surcharges may apply and will be disclosed during the booking process.
- Payment: Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Payment schedules and methods will be communicated clearly for each service. Failure to make payments by due dates may result in cancellation of your booking.
- Confirmation: Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Ember Path Travel.
3. Cancellations and Amendments
- Cancellation by You: Cancellation policies vary depending on the service and supplier. Applicable cancellation fees and refund eligibility will be detailed at the time of booking and in your confirmation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
- Amendments by You: Any changes to your booking may incur amendment fees imposed by Ember Path Travel and/or third-party suppliers. All amendments are subject to availability.
- Cancellations/Amendments by Suppliers: In the event that a third-party supplier (e.g., airline, hotel) cancels or amends a service, Ember Path Travel will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and assist in finding suitable alternatives or processing refunds as per the supplier's terms. Ember Path Travel is not liable for any additional costs incurred due to such changes.
4. Travel Insurance
Ember Path Travel highly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This should cover cancellation, medical emergencies, personal liability, loss of luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Passports, Visas, and Health
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you hold valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents for all countries you intend to visit or transit through. You are also responsible for complying with all health entry requirements, including vaccinations and medical tests, for your destination(s).
Ember Path Travel can provide general advice but cannot be held responsible if you are denied entry or incur expenses due to non-compliance with these requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Ember Path Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other third-party service providers. We do not own, manage, or operate any of these services.
- Ember Path Travel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the amount you paid for the services directly related to the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ember Path Travel or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree to use our online platform and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the platform. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our online platform.
